SHIPPING POLICY 

All units are handcrafted and prepared to order. Standard production and delivery time is 4–6 weeks from the date full payment is received. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. The Lab Hair Factory is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances.
